BEFORE: SureCart default behaviour (no snippet)

This checkout has two shipping options for the Netherlands: Afhalen in Zoelen (free) and Verzending (standaard) ($8.75). SureCart always pre-selects the cheapest option, so the free pickup is selected by default here, exactly the behaviour reported in ticket 1542097.

Pick Netherlands as the country (any street/postcode/city) and watch the Verzending section.
