APPROVAL WORKFLOW
Request first. Pay after approval.
Use a request form for review, then send a payable SureCart Invoice when the order is approved.
- RequestThe customer submits the product request.
- ReviewThe store checks the monthly allowance.
- InvoiceThe store creates a payable SureCart Invoice.
- PayThe customer uses the invoice payment page.
Important: The request and invoice are separate records. SureCart does not pause and later resume the original storefront checkout.
